Vinings Management, Corp. and its affiliates provide recordkeeping, plan administration, trust and custody, consulting, investment advisory, investment management, and insurance and services. Securities are offered through Lion Street Financial, LLC (512.776.8400), member FINRA, SIPC. Representatives may transact business, which includes offering products and services and/or responding to inquiries, only in state(s) in which they are properly registered and/or licensed.

Compensation and General Business Arrangements
Vinings Management receives compensation for providing services in a variety of ways, in accordance with applicable law and regulations. For example, Vinings Management may receive fees from institutional customers for consulting, administrative services and recordkeeping services. Expense reimbursements, and/or compensation from financial institutions such as insurance companies, mutual funds and fund management companies may be received for placement of insurance or other financial products.

Vinings Management’s retirement plan recordkeeping, administration, and consulting services are provided on a fee-for-services basis. Vinings Management also contracts with insurance carriers enabling the marketing of general account and variable account insurance products. Carriers typically pay commissions, based on premiums received, and pay trailing commissions based on going premiums and/or cash values in exchange for policy servicing provided by Vinings Management. Insurance commissions may be disclosed upon request. Insurance products are typically marketed to corporations and financial institutions to finance benefit programs. Vinings Management may also advise corporations on mutual funds as an informal financing tool for executive benefit programs. When doing so, Vinings Management acts in its broker-dealer capacity. Fees and expenses on these products are disclosed in the applicable Mutual Fund Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information.
